Terms and Conditions

for PARiM’s Referral Campaign 2024.

PARiM Referral Campaign rewards PARiM existing customers (“Referring Customer”) with gift cards or one-time PARiM credit for referring friends (“Referred Customer”) who successfully qualify according to the requirements outlined in the section 3 of these Terms and Conditions of Referral Campaign. Both Referring Customer and the Referred Customer agree to these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Referral Campaign, in addition to any other agreement(s) and term(s) between parties and PARiM, including Terms and Conditions for PARiM’s Cloud Based Workforce Management Software Services and PARiM Privacy Policy.

  1. The campaign runs from 10:00 GMT February 12, 2024 until 23:59 GMT April 26, 2024.

  2. The campaign is open to all PARiM users who are a part of the team of existing PARiM customer, who have received the invitation to participate via email directly from PARiM, or who have seen the Campaign information via PARiM social media posts or other PARiM mediums, like https://login.parim.co/

  3. The Referred Customer must meet all of the following requirements:

    1. Create a new PARiM account (via Trial) using Campaign Referral Link found on Campaign landing page.

    2. Complete their sign-up during the Campaign period.

    3. After getting acquainted with the system, subscribe to PARiM Premium or Enterprise paid plan; they must not have applied for a PARiM account before.

    4. Be new PARiM customer for at least one full month, having paid at least three full months of subscription.

  4. Referring customer must be legally able to participate in the Referral Campaign, and must be at least the age of majority where they reside.

  5. PARiM reserves the right to determine if a Referred Customer is eligible; this will be done at PARiM’s sole discretion.

  6. The referral reward offered is a choice between one-time £350 PARiM credit towards existing PARiM account of the Referring Customer or £150 gift card.

  7. Referring customer must provide PARiM information about Referred Customer and their own choice of bonus via email at referral@parim.co.uk.

  8. There is no limit to the number of friends a single customer can invite.

  9. Customers can invite friends who reside in the territories where PARiM is available.

  10. Campaign Reward is not applicable when adding new users to existing PARiM account. Addition of new team members to existing PARiM account does not qualify referring customer for this Referral Campaign.

  11. The reward of the choice will be issued to referring customer after the second full month subscription payment for Premium or Enterprise paid plan membership of new referred customer.

  12. PARiM reserves the right to cancel the referral campaign or change the terms of the referral campaign at any time without giving prior notice and by making the information available on the website.

  13. Promoting the referral code/link through the use of paid advertising is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, bidding or running ads on search brand keywords that include 'PARiM' or similar variations and using 'PARiM' branded terms in your ad copy. Referrers who engage in such activities will be automatically disqualified from the Campaign and all referrals resulting from such activities are ineligible for reward.

  14. Promoting the referral code/link through a public site or domain is prohibited. Such activity will be considered as an abuse of the referral campaign, whereby referrers who engage in such activities will have their referral process suspended. Referring and referred customers who have used a publicised link available on a public site or domain for taking part in the promotion will be suspended from the promotion and will not be eligible for the reward.

  15. Should PARiM detect fraud or any manipulation of the promotion rules or abuse of the promotion, the relevant customer will be suspended from the current promotion.
