Like many security companies, Cre8 Security used Excel spreadsheets and later on, another solution for scheduling, timesheets and reporting. However, as helpful as the other solution was, Tawfik said: “From a user’s experience, it was a bit confusing as it lacked the well-laid-out user interface which PARiM offers. It looked and acted just like any other Excel sheet, manually inputting formulas, and we soon realised as an organisation, we needed more when it came to having real-time data.”
