PARiM grows as it pushes towards its goal of setting the Gold Standard for Staffing Solutions

As an organisation PARiM continues to grow rapidly as it adds new features and functionality to its Workforce Management Solution. In terms of staff in the last nine months we have expanded from 15 to 25 and are aiming to have 35 by the end of Quarter 1 - 2022.

PARiM’s Mission is to aim to provide the Gold Standard Solution for Companies providing staff as a resource and managing flexible staff pools across multiple locations. It does this by hiring the very best developers and talent it can in the sector. 

As PARiM bids to take its Workforce and Staff Management solution to the next level the company has recently created new positions and added team members to both our development and our Customer Success Department. 

The new staff and positions are:

  • Onboarding Manager – to help the smooth transition from first discovering PARiM to maximising the benefit of the system

  • Account Management – to provide regular update meetings or emails whether quarterly, bi-monthly or monthly on new features and functionalities that are on the way and to discuss with the client their journey and their needs

  • Customer Support Manager – Manage the in system support function within PARiM

  • Customer Support Assistant – provide the detailed system help and support that benefits our clients

All of these customer facing positions will mean that our clients who run their staff rotas or workforce schedules for their Security Company, their Healthcare Staffing Company or Healthcare Organisation, their Logistics Operation, their Event Staffing Company, Stadia or Venue Staffing, FM and Cleaning Company ….will all get a better level of support and help.

At the same time as growing our customer support team we have considerably boosted the PARiM learning, training and system education options – we have increased the number of articles and videos to access – very recently with these two new videos: 

There are now monthly webinars where our client’s teams can dip in and out and boost their knowledge of a particular section of the PARiM system they feel they need to.

And on top of all of the above as a client you always also have the option of extra paid training if required with one of our industry workforce specialists

PARiM Enterprise Plan - A New Partnership Approach 

We have also recognised that for some of our more complex or larger clients that they are looking for than our excellent level of Customer Success Support. They want a new style of approach from their SaaS Workforce Management supplier – PARiM. They don’t just want to be clients they want a more partnership approach. 

This closer support may take the form of dedicated account management, a specific support package, query response times, access to our Accelerated Development Team – a designated department of developers solely focussed on innovations based on direct feedback from our customers that allows them to get features quicker than they would through our existing and extensive Development Pipeline.

In the last couple of months PARiM has not only added the Accelerated Development Team but also split its Development Team into three, hired a new Product Owner but also a new head of Technical Development – who we welcome on board!

New Features 

We have just launched new Day Views for which will help all of our clients who have shifts that cross midnight. 

The PARiM Team are also currently lining up the new Rate Matrix Version for full release. Like any young company we have learned as we travelled our journey and we have probably packed too many new features and functionality into this version which has resulted in it taking longer than we wanted – but boy is it a goodie!!

As PARiM continues to evolve and win larger clients we will be updating the language in the system and also endeavour to keep making it process larger volumes of information faster and larger volumes of information faster.
