We are thrilled to announce that PARiM is now a member of the United Kingdom Crowd Management Association (UKCMA)!

UKCMA was formed in 2001 to represent the interests of key commercial organisations whose primary business is providing crowd management and event security services. The association represents the highest professional performers within the sector, discusses progressive views and engages similar minded associations. The UKCMA members offer a voice to the tens of thousands of security professionals engaged within the events industry.

PARiM has been serving crowd management and event security companies with our staff management software for 10 years, and during this time we have dived quite deeply into the pain points and challenges of these complex sectors. As the market has grown and developed, so has our solution, all with the goal to stay relevant and suitable for the ever changing demands of the industry.

We aim to be a Partner in Staff Management, hence our name: PARiM. This makes it important for us to stay up to date on the new trends of the market, continually interact with key industry decision makers and be at the leading edge of the latest technological developments to best support our customers.

We believe that our decision to join UKCMA will be very beneficial to our clients operating in crowd management and associated practices, as it will bring us to the centre of the matters of the industry in the UK, and it will allow us to take a deeper look into their issues and challenges.

PARiM offers three different self-service portals for management, staff and clients, as well as Android and iOS mobile applications. As required for the crowd management industry, both staff and subcontractors can be handled in the system. The solution allows you to schedule or rota staff by site or event.
