By enabling the Absence module and downloading the updated PARiM mobile apps you can provide your people with an effortless way to overview and request leave and see their holiday pay right from their smart phones. Simultaneously, your supervisors and managers can approve and monitor requests while on the move.

  • Your people can request time off right from their mobile calendars. Making a modern way of working effortless even for less tech-savy members of staff.

  • Absences under the Action Required viewoffer managers an overview of all pertinent absence requests of all people.

  • In the People List, under each profile adminstrative staff can see at a glance their allowed, used, requested, booked and left holiday allowance

How to get the update

1. Check if the Absence Module is active under Subscriptions. If it is not, click on "Activate Absences".

2. Ask your people to update to the latest version of their PARiM app in the App Store for iOS/iPhones or the Google Play store for Android.
